For Sale: 1974 Land Rover Range Rover in Atlanta, Georgia

Motorcar Studio is pleased to offer this 1974 Land Rover Range Rover Classic. A desirable "Suffix C" two-door model finished in Tuscan Blue, this Range Rover recently underwent a frame-off, nut-and-bolt restoration. Paint and body present to a very nice standard, and both the undercarriage and engine compartment look factory fresh (all body and suspension bushings were replaced during the restoration). We love the design details of these early Range Rovers - the handles integrated into the trailing edge of the doors, the vertical steel grille, the sliding rear side windows, the contoured steel wheels, the bonnet-mounted mirrors - it's such a great-looking truck, especially in this color.

Interior was likewise restored with new door panels, floor coverings, seat upholstery and headliner. Perfect, crack-free dash and steering wheel. The palomino interior color is the perfect complement to the Tuscan Blue body. Original gauges, lights and indicators are working and the only deviation from stock is a modern stereo discreetly mounted in the dash to the left of the steering column.

Under the hood is Land Rover's tried-and-true 3.5 liter aluminum V8 fed by dual Zenith-Stromberg 175 CD12 carburetors. Four-speed manual transmission with full-time four wheel drive, manual locking center diff, and manually selectable high or low range. While we appreciate a Range Rover Classic of any vintage, the early trucks are particularly easy to own thanks to a near complete lack of computers and electronic modules to break. This Range Rover runs and drives well. Rare original owner's manual, 1973 dealer directory and many decades of records are included with the sale.
