Description:
This 1970 Plymouth Sport Satellite is powered by a fuel-injected
500ci V8 mated to a three-speed A727 automatic transmission with a
Gear-vendors overdrive and is finished in orange over black
upholstery. Additional features include a dual exhaust system, a
Dana 60 rear axle, staggered-diameter Boyd Coddington alloy wheels,
four-wheel disc brakes, bucket seats with racing harnesses, Dakota
digital gauges, and an aftermarket audio system.
Interior:
The interior features adjustable front bucket seats with RJS Racing
Equipment harnesses, a fire extinguisher, an Auto Meter Pro Comp
transmission temperature gauge mounted below the dashboard, and a
Turbo Action Cheetah SCS shifter. Aftermarket audio components
consist of a Pioneer stereo and two JL Audio subwoofers mounted
inside a carpeted enclosure. A Grant steering wheel frames
replacement Dakota gauges including an 8k-rpm tachometer and a
160-mph speedometer. The digital odometer shows 18k miles, with
total mileage unknown.
Exterior:
The body was refinished in orange and features a black-painted hood
with an air scoop, chrome bumpers with integrated lights, a mesh
front grille, quad headlamps, polished window trim, and front vent
windows.
Drivetrain:
The 500ci wedge V8 features a Sniper electronic fuel injection
system with cabin-mounted controls as well as MSD ignition
components, an orange painted intake and valve covers, and a chrome
alternator. The three-speed A727 automatic transmission is fitted
with a Gearvendors overdrive and routes power through a Strange
Engineering Dana 60 rear axle with 3.73:1 gears. A dual 3? exhaust
