For Sale: 2004 Cadillac CTS in Lavergne, Tennessee

Vehicle Description

The 2004 Cadillac CTS-V was a factory hot rod that borrowed the Corvette Z06's fuel-injected V8. This example takes it to a new level with a six-speed and a Texas Speed motor upgrade. But no matter how speedy the full package gets, it also never loses the premium appeal of a low-mileage and luxurious Caddy.

You instantly notice the shine on this sports sedan. After all, the black has the slick look like it was forged from volcanic glass. That's because this factory Raven Black car has been treated well and only averaged about 3k miles annually. And this darkly fortified look continues on the factory black 18-inch wheels. The full style of this car likes to take things to the dark side. That's why you have a black background for the HID headlights, deeply tinted windows, and the special V-series chain mesh grille done in black. And of course, the form-hugging V-series factory body kit adds to the darker and sleeker total style. So while the CTS-V was made to be an executive-level power car, this full blackout car looks like it belongs to the CEO who sold his company to the devil.

If you want a touch of something lighter, just open the door. The natural tan interior is preserved to let you know this one is equally about coddling as it is pure aggressiveness. It starts with leather seats with Alcantara inserts. They look terrific and have the supple supportive feel that only a modern classic can. This is loaded with all the best features, including dual-zone automatic A/C climate control, a power sunroof, power windows, power locks, keyless entry/alarm, dual airbags, anti-lock brakes, power steering, cruise control, heated seats, and a premium AM/FM/CD stereo with premium stereo with sat nav. The power seat adjusts to your ideal driving position; the leather-wrapped sports steering wheel adjusts to give you an excellent view of the crisp gauges; and the Hurst stick shift falls where you want your right hand to be. This is truly a modern sports sedan.

The CTS was made to go hunt down the German cars, and the V-series was out to play with the BMW M-Series and Mercedes AMG models. So Cadillac decided to upgrade its power by borrowing the ultra-hot motor from the Corvette Z06. The 5.7-liter LS6 motor has proven to be a sturdy powerhouse that loves upgrades. So this was given to the masters at Texas Speed for over $10k worth of investments. This includes a Comp Cams camshaft, upgraded cylinder heads, upgraded lifters, and full ECU tuning. So while the fuel-injected powerhouse was rated at 400 horsepower when new, there are plenty more ponies galloping under the hood today. There's an upgraded Hurst six-speed shifter that connects to a 1000 lb twin-disc clutch for powerful control over this enhanced motor. Cadillac also beefed up the fully independent suspension to handle like a proper performance sedan. Add in four-wheel power disc brakes with ABS, grippy Firestone Firehawk tires, and a limited slip-rear end, and this is all about big power and big control.

The sale comes complete with the owner's manual, build receipts, and maintenance records. This is the extra slick and extra speedy Caddy that was also exceptionally maintained. So if you want an awesome sports sedan for an awesome price, you know this is an awesome deal. Call today!!!
