This 1985 Chevy K20 Silverado is a beautiful truck that came out of
Montana. The last owner stated the miles are original and based on
what we see from this rig we believe it. It is a clean truck in
wonderful condition. The body is super clean and straight. It was
repainted in its original colors of Dark Blue and Light Slate
Metallic which is an excellent color combination. They added new
body moldings when it was repainted and the chrome and stainless
appears to be original and is still in very nice condition. The
paint job is excellent!! The underside is really nice and clean as
you can see from the underside pics on our website. We found no
rust issues with this truck.
The interior is in excellent original condition which also helps
verify the mileage. We rarely see original interiors in this nice
of condition and this clean. The headlights, taillights,
brakelights, and turn signals are working. The gauges all work as
do the power windows and locks. The horn, wipers, and heat all
work. This is an AC truck bust some components were removed and
will need to be replaced and installed to make it work.
Mechanically this truck is excellent and it runs and drives
excellent too!!! The engine is the 5.7L 350 V8 that was rebuilt by
the last owner. It has a Quadrajet Carb, headers, HEI distributor
and dual exhaust that sounds great! The transmission is the np435 4
Speed manual that shifts nice with a strong clutch. It is mated to
the np208 transfer case and the 4WD works like it should. It has
the Corporate 14 Bolt Rear Axle with 3.73 gears and the Corporate
10 Bolt Front Axle with 3.73 gears. This is all sitting on a newer
set of Aluminum Rims with All terrain Tires. What an awesome
truck!!!
