1964 Cadillac Sedan Deville, This original California car was in the care of the owner since 2004 when it was acquired from the third owner in Folsom California, Finished in its original color of Fire Mist Aqua this Cadillac is a dry rust free example with over 100 photos showing the quality of this vehicle, I have included under carriage photos as well and I am happy to take any other photos that you would like to see. The body is very straight, the paint is very good with the roof being repainted in 2008, the sides are very nice, hood and trunk needs a polish every few months to bring the high shine back to life, I have all records on this car since 2004 and the car is running excellent w no issues. All chrome is very good, not newly re plated but very nice and this car has been garage stored, rubber weather stripping is excellent as well as all glass, and excellent window frames, the car is complete with all of its bright work and trim including a very rare passenger side mirror, Hub caps have been polished and the car sits on wide radial vogue tires in excellent condition.
Interior is full power, all functions are working and window motors have been rebuilt and are super-fast, there is no rattling to the windows and window frames are great there is very light tint to all windows, 6 way power seat working, leather is very nice and 6 color matched seat belts have been added, An upgraded CD in glove box is controlled w a remote, there is an alarm, the trunk is finished w jack and spare and the old luggage holds all the records, service manuals etc. This is a factory AC car and it is working and blowing cold, the car has been sound deadened from the trunk to driver area, tilt wheel is also an option as well as power locks that are not currently working as well as the clock.
The motor is the original 429 and it is a matching number car, included w all records there is a receipt for a complete motor rebuild that was performed in 2008 at a cost of $5700.00 ( new pistons, rings, connecting rods, crankshaft, timing chain, belts, fuel lines, carb rebuild) I do have the receipt, In 2014 the transmission was rebuilt, other items are upper and lower control arm bushings, wheel cylinders, brake system, re cored radiator and install of electric fan, electronic ignition, a new dual exhaust was added in 2017, The Cadillac runs like a top, there are aprox 3000 miles on the motor and trans, the car has been aligned and drives true and straight
