This 1989 Dodge Power ram 150 (W150) pickup is a short box that
spent its life in Nevada. This is a Survivor truck with low miles
and cool patina. It is a nice running and driving truck with a cool
look as it sits, or it would be easy to give it a repaint if you
wanted because of body work repair being needed. The body is
extremely clean and straight. the paint is original and showing
patina and fading from the sun, but this truck has no rust on the
body. The original paint color is bright red. The original body
moldings and bumpers are in nice condition and the underside is
really clean. We found no rust or rust repair on this truck.
The interior is surprisingly nice and looks to be all original.
Even the original seat is in great shape. The headlights,
taillights, brakelights, and turn signals are working. It has power
windows and locks which are working. The gauges all work. The heat,
horn, and wipers are working. This is an AC truck and it appears to
have all the components but the AC is not blowing cold.
Mechanically this truck is excellent!!! It starts easy and runs and
drives great. The engine is the 5.2L 318V8 and is believed to be
the original engine. It is fuel injected and starts easy and runs
great with no issues or red flags that we found. It looks to be a
totally stock engine. The transmission is the np435 4 Speed manual
that shifts nice with a good clutch. It is mated to the np241
transfer case and the 4WD works like it should. It has a Chrysler
9.25 rear axle with 3.23 gears and the front axle is a Dana 44 with
3.23 gears. This is all sitting on a set of aluminum wheels with
newer Pro-Comp 33 Inch Mud Terrain tires.
