This here is an incredibly special Chevrolet Chevelle SS! As
Chevrolet's premier mid-sized car, the Chevelle was a staple of the
American motoring landscape for decades. For 1967, the Chevelle
received a facelift that encompassed large wraparound taillights
that went into a new rear end with standard backup lights. Front
disc brakes became an option on all models, and a new dual master
cylinder brake system incorporated a warning light. New safety
equipment became standard, including a collapsible steering column.
This Chevelle is powered by a numbers-matching 396 C.I. V8 and a
4-barrel carburetor. That power gets to the rear wheels through a
3-speed "Turbo-Hydramatic" automatic transmission. The black
interior with chrome trim holds up in excellent shape, and the
bucket seats are very cruise-worthy. The blue paint on this
Chevelle shines beautifully and looks fantastic with the matching
black vinyl top. Options on this authentic SS include air
conditioning, a center console, adjustable mirrors, an updated
AM/FM/Cassette stereo system, under-dash gauges, a factory
tachometer and center console clock, factory gauges, vent windows,
and a dual exhaust system. The SS rides great on a
fantastic-looking set of American Racing TT wheels on top of BF
Goodrich RWL tires. This is a true-blue Chevelle SS that is just
waiting to turn heads at your local car show!
