This 1967 Ford Mustang Convertible has a great story where it has
spent almost its whole life thus far with one family. It's a
father/daughter story where she even purchased it from her dad in
2005 and restored it so they could go for a ride together. So this
V8-powered drop-top has the ideal mix of a fun story, the right

The black roof looks so good against the yellow that it's nice to
power it down and see a full black interior beneath it. Because the
interior received plenty of attention during restoration, the
upholstery looks good, the dash is smooth, the door panels are
complete, the carpeting remains plush, and the overall impression
is quite inviting. Even the lights under the dash greet you when
the door opens. It's a cool classic and also a proper driver's car.
The 1967 car had updates to the bucket seats, steering wheel, and
larger crisp/clean gauges for a better cruiser attitude.
The engine bay has an attractive look, too. The 289 cubic-inch V8
has a clean blue style that seems to radiate from within the gloss
black inner walls. The V8 warms up to have the hardy nature you
expect from Ford's robust small block. We all know these also love
upgrades to unlock plenty of extra power. But right now, we like
how this car with history continues to just have a period-accurate
cruiser feeling. And making it a proper weekend drier also means
the right features, like a three-speed automatic transmission,
power steering, and wide modern tires.
