The Pontiac GTO has legendary status within the collector car
circles. Enthusiasts around the globe have always been in favor of
this large two door muscle car. The first generation is highly
recognized as the leader of the muscle car era and was quick to
obtain the term "Goat" which in today's terminology is an acronym
for Greatest Of All Time. Any major collection will always have one
of these in their stable and is a hallmark of the garage.
We are very pleased to represent this 1964 Pontiac GTO as it is a
very highly documented and a pristine example of this era. Sold new
out of Quebedeaux Pontiac in Tucson Arizona where it was ordered on
12-16-63, built on 1-16-64 in Fremont California and delivered to
the original owner, Arthur and Laura Mattheissen on 1-29-64.
Vehicle remained in their care until the mid 80's before being
exchanged two other times prior to our current owner. Vehicle was

D31 - Day/Night rearview mirror

This vehicle is in outstanding condition inside and out and has had
some tasteful upgrades done to the vehicle to enhance the driving

way to the current owner. Vehicle performs extremely well on the
