1975 Volkswagen Beetle What a ride...but not too fast! It turns
heads and everyone has a VW Bug story to tell! It's just a fun car!
Grandpa's joy! Dad bought it back around 1980 and it has been in
storage for most of its life. We believe he bought it from the
original owner, a student at U of U. Only 56,400 actual miles. Runs
better than ever! New tires, alignment, balance, and shocks. The
convertible top has been replaced and is like new. The upholstery
is all new! The old 'horsehair' padding was falling apart so we
replaced it with foam padding and replaced the upholstery at the
same time. There an 8-track player that could possibly be fixed
but, it does not work. It could probably be made to work by a good
technician and may only need some lubrication but, we don't know.
It's just kind of fun to see it and a collection of old tapes.
