1970 Dodge D/W Series 1970 barn find time capsule special order
crew cab power wagon. The story goes the original owners son
reflects on telling us a story about how he his dad went to the
dealership and had to have something special In a truck. So he paid
the extra money for this Super Bee package to be added to his truck
back in 1969. As it came to us, we had to go all through the truck.
We completely pulled the truck apart from the wheels up to the
roof, cleaned rebuilt and put the truck all back together. This
truck features a rebuilt 383 with a four barrel manifold and an OEM
Carter carburetor. Everything in the motor has been returned to and
with stock components. This 383 is tuned and full of power, the
clutch is also new and shifts in all gears beautifully. After doing
the break-in on the motor and a couple of small test runs, this
vehicle does not have more than 5 miles on all of its new
components. The truck made it through a grueling hot stop and go
Fourth of July Parade in the Tetons and made it through just fine.
This truck is ready to go on it's inaugural first cross country
run, You could fly in to the valley of the Tetons where we are and
drive this vehicle to wherever you need. We understand the price
point on this vehicle is not for everyone, However I do not think
I'll ever see another truck in the 1961-1971 Dodge crew cab power
wagon's, Ever again like this one! Please Note The Following
