Collectible Motorcar if proud to present this very clean example of
a 1965 Chevrolet C10 in khaki and white two tone. The contrast of
Khaki and White plays together very nicely on the exterior of this
C10, and is continued on the inside of the cab with an addition of
brown leather on the upholstery. Complimented by a baseball-leather
brown interior, this step-side truck looks like it time traveled
from the mid 1960's. Mostly original other than very minimal
modifications, this truck is the perfect candidate for a Sunday
cruiser, or a blank canvas for a clean restomod. Paperwork shows
that this truck has been in the great state of Georgia for the
entirety of its life, and is proved by the included
Protect-O-Plate. This highly sought-after piece of documentation
shows that this truck was sold originally from Dublin, Georgia at
Peacock Chevrolet. Being able to prove the history of a classic car
or truck has become one of the more desirable features that
collectors and car enthusiasts look for, and we are proud to show
the documentation with this truck. The Protect-O-Plate not only
adds value to the truck, but also legitimacy and desirability.
Under the hood of this truck lies a high torque 292 cubic inch
inline 6-cylinder engine mated to a "three on the tree" manual
transmission. The high torque inline-six is painted in a cool teal
blue which contrasts nicely with the black theme of the engine bay,
which includes the fender wells and firewall. Moving into the
interior, you are met with a continued theme of khaki and black.
The 2-spoke steering wheel is painted in the matching khaki color
with a red Chevrolet logo that looks like it was meant to be there.
Through the steering wheel you will find new gauges in that same
cool teal color, and to the right is the retrosound AM/FM radio
which has an auxiliary cord attached that exits through the
