AND NO EXPENSES SPARED For sale is a ONE OF A KIND 1964 MK1 Mini
Cooper. This Mini was meticulously restored to show quilty by a
Mini enthusiast. You will not find one like this one anywhere. The
craftsmanship of this restoration is truly second to none. This
Cooper has had a total of three owners in the past. When the
previous owner found the car it had been sitting since 1981 and it
was an original CA vehicle that was unrestored. He was a Mini
enthusiast that raced these mini's his whole life. He knew these
cars like no one else and he was able to show me all his old photos
and trophies. He is also a judge at legend of the autobahn and
other local car shows in his area. Needless to say he is extremely
meticulous with his work. Most of this restoration was done in
house and through his connections. The restoration started in 2017
and finished in 2022. It has a very special 1071cc engine with
Alexander alloy heads. The block had good compression so it
remained original but all the other components were rebuilt,
refurbished or bought new. Everything that was put on this vehicle
is specific to Mini. ABSOLUTELY NO EXPENSES WERE SPARED. Look at
the video and see the details for yourself. Everything from the
radiator, fuel pump, distributor cap, wires, windshield motor,
master cyler all are OEM parts. The exterior is finished in two
tone baby blue with a black top. The paint and body work was very
well done. There shouldn't be any imperfections but watch the video
and see the car for yourself to make sure! It has all the original
glass. It was taken out during the paint work and professionally
cleaned then reinstalled with new rubbers. New trim, bumpers,
grill, headlights and very expensive Oscar Fog Lights. It is not an
"s" but s badged. VERY SPECIAL "64 S" Black Plates that will go
with the car. New tires and rims. The interior is in excellent
condition. It offers fully reclining very rare microcell contour
seats which were $2500 alone, boss steering and its push to start!
The inside was painted the same time as the outside and it looks
amazing. Custom Rally stopwatch and USB connect. Mechanically it
runs and drives great. Almost everything under the hood is new or
refurbished all with OEM parts. The transmission was rebuilt. New
Wiring, brake system and fuel system. It has factory Disk Brakes as
well as adjustable front and rear suspension. The motor sounds
great and has plenty of power. Transmission shifts smoothly through
all gears. The shocks appear to be new. Only known issues are the
axle seal is a little worn and will leak a little and the axle
boots appear worn as well. Please watch the video in full. It will
