Champion Z06 was the first autographed factory special edition in
Corvette history and paid homage to his 6 consecutive championships
from 2001-2006 Arctic White with Monterey Red hash stripes Black
and Red interior 20,897 Miles The Ron Fellows American Le Mans
Series GT1 Champion Z06 was the first autographed factory
special-edition in Corvette history. Fellows helped test and
develop the first Corvette C5.R racer, and this limited-production
Z06 is an homage to his six consecutive American Le Mans Series
championships from 2001-2006. Only 399 Ron Fellows Edition
Corvettes were produced with 300 reserved for the U.S., 33 for
Canada and 66 designated for export. The specially prepared
production model has logged just 20897 miles since it left Bowling
Green, Kentucky. The hand-assembled 7.0L LS7 V-8 is factory rated
for 505 HP at 6,300 RPM and 470 lb-ft of torque at 4,800 RPM. The
engine is backed by a 6-speed transmission with short-throw shifter
that sends power through a limited-slip differential.
Speed-sensitive power rack-and-pinion steering and active handling
join Fellows Edition alloy wheels outfitted with Goodyear Eagle F1
tires for supercar-level road control. Six-piston front and
4-piston rear red-finish brake calipers clamp down on massive
cross-drilled rotors to scrub off the 190-plus MPH top speed. The
Arctic White Z06 is equipped with the Fellows Edition exclusive
full-width racing spoiler. Monterey Red GT1 stripes outlined in
Machine Silver with Victory Red Fellows autograph and
championship-year callouts join a unique windshield banner. The
cockpit features power-adjustable and heated leather seats with
exclusive black and red leather-upholstered center console, door
panels, instrument surround and armrest with cross-flags logo
hand-signed and numbered by Ron Fellows. Power windows, locks,
seats and mirrors, and dual-zone air conditioning join a Bose
premium sound system with navigation. A leather-wrapped steering
wheel, heads-up visual display and driver memory package offer
personalized Corvette control. Any Z06 is a special car, but the
Ron Fellows Edition takes this high-performance package to a whole
new level.
