What we have here is about as original as a 1st-Generation Mustang
gets. This 1965 Ford Mustang is loaded with factory options such as
power steering, power brakes, power wipers, factory air
conditioning, and day/night mirrors. All of the aforementioned
options were uncommon to see on the 1965 Mustang, as many were
built and taken at base price. The Mustang in question comes with a
tan interior and matching vinyl top, giving this Mustang an air of
luxury that was uncommon for Mustangs of the time. This Mustang is
powered by a 289 C.I. V8 with a 4-barrel carburetor, matched to a
3-speed 'Cruise-O-Matic" automatic transmission. While the paint
and some aspects of the interior may not be in the greatest of
shape, the Mustang will still drive without a hitch. In addition to
the factory options, this Mustang is fitted with an updated
AM/FM/Cassette Stereo unit, a luggage rack, and Cragar wheels on BF
Goodrich RWL tires. If you are looking for a Mustang that runs and
drives to cruise with while you give it a quality restoration, then
this is the Mustang for you!
