1955 Lincoln Capri Convertible project. One of 1487 total
production, very rare and desirable classic.Restoration was started
and stopped years ago. This is one of the prettiest styles that
Ford produced in the 50s, It is long and smooth and pretty from all
angles. The interior is like new, only missing carpets. The body and
paint are very good considering the age of the work. A good buffing
will make it shine. The top framework is in excellent condition, it
is missing the fabric, which is available on line. The floors need
work, patches were put in over rust in the floor, it can be used as
is but the car deserves to be done right. The engine appears to be
rebuilt and was seized. I have it mostly freed up, but recommend
pulling the heads to check for any rust. This sale includes a
mostly complete 1955 Capri 2door hard top with excellent floors and
enough parts to reassemble the convertible, Maybe some minor
trinkets are not here, but I think just about everything is. Sold
with a notorized Bill Of Sale and a Notorized Affidavit Of
Ownership. No Title, as Maine doesn't require one on vehicles older
than 1995. Please Note The Following **Vehicle Location is at our
