Vehicle Description
1969 Buick Electra This is a beautiful strong running Electra. The
original 430 engine has been completely restored and the car can be
enjoyed daily with no issues. The car currently runs back and forth
from Southern Florida to Key West several times a year. There are
about 25,000 miles on the new engine. The car has a new exhaust
system, cooling system, and convertible top. The top operates as it
should. With the new engine the points were removed to an
electronic system and it does run with synthetic oil. It received a
repaint prior to my ownership and it was not the best. The car
looks amazing at 5 feet but there are issues as the photos show.
There are also some parking lot dings. The most notable one being
the drivers side rear fin which has a crease. Some of the rubber is
new but it would benefit from a new trunk seal and trunk cardboard
liners. The trunk does open with the key, however, the key is
original and is worn so it is a little figgity. The spare tire is
new. The floor mats and interior are all original. There are no
cracks in the dash or steering wheel, however, there is one small
one on the drives side door panel. The front seat is torn as can be
seen in the pictures. I received a quote from the company that
replaced the top to put in new carpeting and reupholster the seats.
They are located in Ft. Lauderdale and do quality work. Overall a
very solid and fun car you can drive and enjoy. Great for parades
or a daily driver. Fly in and drive it home. Please Note The
