GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present this 1950 Chevrolet
convertible for your consideration. This custom build is finished
in a sinister black paint job over a black interior. This was a
hand built car that started life as a coupe and was modified into
the convertible you see today in 2005. Powered by a 454ci V8 that
sends the power to the rear wheels through a TH400 transmission
with overdrive. This Chevy features an Edelbrock carburetor,
flowmaster exhaust, Lokar shifter, Fat Man Fabrication Mustang II
w/power steering, power front disc brakes, 9" Ford rear end, and
Air Ride technologies suspension in the front and rear. Body
modifications include chopping the frame and windshield, shaved
door handles, a pinched trunk, custom built grill and front bumper,
59 Cadillac tail lamps, molded 57 Chevy headlamps, extended lower
side body panels and fender skirt for added ground effects. This
custom hot rod sits right on American Racing 5-spoke aluminum
wheels w. BF Goodrich tires. Drive this one out of our showroom or

States!
The Chevrolet Bel Air is a full-size car produced by Chevrolet for
the 1950-1975 model years. Initially, only the two-door hardtops in
the Chevrolet model range were designated with the Bel Air name
from 1950 to 1952. With the 1953 model year, the Bel Air name was
changed from a designation for a unique body shape to a premium
level of trim applied across a number of body styles. The Chevrolet
Bel Air, especially its third generation design, has been
considered an icon of the 1950s.
