Vehicle Description
Welcome to Street Dreams as we celebrate our 23rd year in the
classic and muscle car business. GM's first generation of their C/K
series trucks (1960-1966) revolutionized the industry with features
such as drop-center frames, independent front suspensions, and
trailing arm rear suspensions. These innovations moved these
formerly utilitarian pickups closer to automobiles in terms of
comfort and convenience and are key elements in the continued
popularity of these classic trucks. Our 1964 Chevrolet C10 is a
cool and unmolested example of one of these highly sought-after
trucks. Judging by the correct Fawn (528) paint under various other
hues, we believe that this survivor retains most, if not all, of
its original sheet metal. Lift the hood and you'll find the numbers
matching 230 I6 (EC F0123N, BCD A 14 4, BCN 3850817) still purring
along in its 58th year of service! Additional features include a
3-speed manual transmission, reupholstered bench seat, refinished
wood bed, side mount spare tire carrier, and 235/75R15 tires. The
solid originality and calico patina are what set this truck apart.
Whether you want to keep it as is or build a wicked restomod, the
patina is perfect. We've actually had customers pay paint shops to
recreate this look, which invariably fails. Owned for about its
first 50 years by one family, this gem's documentation includes the
original owner's manual and Protection Plan booklet as well as
countless receipts that support the 82,612 miles as correct. If
you're looking for a truck with some character, come visit the team
that can make your dream a reality. Street Dreams (830-997-1950) is
a full service dealership that can assist with worldwide delivery,
insurance, and financing options.
