1965 FORD MUSTANG FASTBACK 2+2 FACTORY POWER STEERING AND POWER
BRAKES This 1965 Ford Mustang Fastback is great looking! It
presents itself very well. It wears its factory color, Vintage
Burgundy. Looking down both sides, the body is straight. The paint
shows well, very glossy and smooth. The door jambs are very clean.
The chrome and trim are bright and shiny including the door
handles, emblems, taillights, front and rear bumpers. The
windshield and windows are crystal clear, the weather stripping and
window seals have all been replaced. It sits on a set of 14x7
chrome GT wheels with new radial tires, they really enhance the
car! The interior looks unabused. The seat upholstery, door panels,
armrests, carpet and headliner all look real good. All the interior
lights work. The console and dash are in good shape. All the
factory gauges and lenses are clear. The heater controls slide with
ease. The steering wheel is nice and it still retains its factory
AM radio. Nothing appears cut-up or altered. The engine compartment
is clean and orderly with its original C code 289 motor. It has an
upgraded Edelbrock 4-barrel carburetor and factory exhaust
manifolds. The dual master cylinder is a great upgrade. Other
features are power steering, power brakes, new gas tank and sending
unit. The undercarriage is all solid metal (floors, frame rails,
etc.). The bottom of the motor is clean. The C-4 automatic
transmission is clean. The front end components look to have been
mostly replaced. It has a newer dual exhaust system that runs out
the rear. The trunk is nicely detailed with a spare tire, gray
plaid trunk mat, new weather stripping and rubber insulation over
the top of the gas tank. The bottom of the trunk lid and the jambs
are glossy. Sharp looking Fastback with great options! This Mustang
performs really well and is turn-key ready to enjoy!
