You're looking at the 620S, the slightly less hardcore, more
civilized version of Caterham's most hardcore car ever: the 620R.
That particular Seven deserves to be parked in a straitjacket
rather than a garage. For most of us though, the 620S is still
pretty hardcore.
Here is what happens when you soften off the edges. The S s the
roadworthy version because it has luxuries or creature comforts
that you're used to in normal, grown-up cars, like a windscreen to
keep the flies out of your teeth, a tent-like roof, flimsy doors,
traditional H-pattern gearbox and tires with some sort of tread
pattern. Basically, the S adds a hint of usability to a silly-quick
Seven.
This Caterham was finished with the following options:
SV Wide Body Chassis
Side Screen Armrests
Battery Master Switch
Track-Day Roll Bar
Carbon Seats with Padding
MOMO Quick Release Steering Wheel (Leather)
Lowered Floors
Tunnel Top in Carbon Vinyl
Carbon Fiber Front Wings
Firecracker Yellow with Black Noseband and Bonnet Stripe
Full Black Double Stripe Decal Pack
This 620S is titled as a 1957 Lotus and has 462 Miles. It is
available for $117,950.
