Long term ownership since 2007. If you’re looking for a great, reliable driver Pantera, this is the car for you. It has the original 351 Cleveland engine that has been rebuilt to 425 hp. Heads have been ported and polished with stainless steel valves. It has forged pistons and a balanced crank shaft. Atop rests a 650 Edelbrock, zink plated carb with electric choke. Polished Edelbrock intake manifold, GTS headers with aluminum powder coating, and GTS exhaust enhance the look. The car has GTS springs with Koni adjustable shocks; 1" sway bar in the front and 7/8" in the rear. Wilwood disc brakes front and rear (e-brake is currently inoperable.) After-market radiator with two electric fans, which you rarely have to turn on. Stainless steel tanks with billet aluminum caps. Clutch slave cylinder was removed and Pantera Performance system was installed in the bell housing. The transaxle was polished; the rear plate chromed. Half-shafts have been upgraded and are chromed. The engine compartment is detailed and painted; the hoses routed through the outside. Interior of the car has been draped in soft, black leather; the seats and door panels detailed with silver piping to spruce-up the black. The dash and console have also been covered in leather and are padded. A burlwood dash insert and Lecara steering wheel are installed. The aluminum wheels come from Wilkinson. They have machined billet centers welded to polished aluminum rims; 16" on the front and 17" on the rear. Tires are Yokohama AVS, 205 front and 275 on the rear. The car has a new battery, new starter, and new mechanical fuel pump. A/C blows cold and has been upgraded with a new condenser, improved sucker fan, and upgraded rotary compressor. Car has no rust issues, or dents. Original color is grabber blue. An excellent, sorted out Pantera at a reasonable price given the modifications.
