Dressed in white, the exterior paint and trim are in overall very
good order, including the recent addition of a black canvas roof
that adds great contrast to the paint. The bodywork is solid and
the engine bay is extremely tidy. The trunk is in satisfactory
condition. The body-colored bumpers fit tightly to the rest of the
car. This car was modified by G&K Automotive Conversion, Inc.,
in Anaheim, California and the work was completed on April 10,
1990. This car went on to become an integral part of an Orange
County, California Ferrari collection for more than 10 years. With
an a large investment of over $200k for the conversion alone. This
special Italian limo rolls on radials, size 235/40ZR18 all around.
Each tire is fitted to a custom, five-spoke alloy wheel that is
designed to mimic the famous Italian wheels commonly found on the
marque?s sports cars. The tires and wheels are in very good order.
Under the hood is a 4.8L V-12 Ferrari 400 engine with Bosch
K-Jetronic fuel injection. Backing the engine is a Turbo Hydramatic
400 three-speed automatic transmission. The car does have some
needs to be aware of: fuel gage, speedometer odometer are inop. A/C
blows but not cold. rear windows are fixed and left inner door
handle is broker. The two-tone gray interior also features real
wood on the center console. The front bucket seats look great. The
middle row is rear-facing and easily seats three people in a pinch
while the rear seat faces forward and seats two more. The gray
carpet is in great condition, as is the matching headliner. There
is a three-spoke steering wheel facing the driver and the dash
retains its gauges, some of which have Italian script. The inner
door panels look great, as does the center console and the shift
lever. There is a Pioneer AM/FM stereo with a CD player connected
to a rear entertainment center for the passengers, with a
refrigerator, lights, drop-down video screens, cupholders and more.
This Ferrari 400i Limousine was part of a predominant Orange County
Ferrari collection for over 11 years. This matching numbers car has
less than 15K miles and has undergone an extensive body
refurbishment including re-welding of all limousine structural
components. The car has been taken down to bare metal and
repainted. The vinyl top was replaced with a black canvas top. The
interior received new upolstery in both the passenger and driver?s
compartment which included stitched Cavallino headrests. The
interior also received new drop-down video screens, one for the
middle row and the other for the back row. The limousine was fitted
