Vehicle Description
GR Auto Gallery is pleased to present this 1970 Ford F100 for your
consideration. Before we get too far, we should note that this
truck is just plain badass. The owner built the car with an open
check book and built this absolutely awesome street rod of a truck.
It is powered by a Coyote 5.0 V8 paired with a manual transmission.
The truck was purchased in Phoenix, AZ. The front K member is from
a 2007 Crown Vic Police interceptor(aluminum) and the rear cradle
that supports the rear independent suspension is from a Lincoln
Mark VIII. It is wired with a Painless body harness.
The owner went to great lengths to keep a "stock-ish" look to the
truck. The truck rides on Air Ride and the switches are in the
center console. The gauges are from Dakota Digital for a 1970 F100
and looks great. The fuel tank has been re-located to the rear
under the bed. The seat, dash pad and interior parts are new from
TMI. The exhaust outlet was mimicked to look like an early 2000
Ford lightning. It also features a NOS 1970 Ford Grill shroud.
