In 2004, Lexus celebrated its partnership with the Pebble Beach
Company and did so by offering the Pebble Beach Edition SC 430.
Only 600 models were produced in 2005. Each offered a distinctive
exterior and interior combination, as well as the Pebble Beach
badge. The 2005 model was the second annual Pebble Beach Edition,
and its unveiling was at the "Lexus Style in the Fast Lane" fashion
show at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance.Purchased in November
2004, this 2005 Lexus SC 430 is the Black Diamond paint color.
Special Edition Pebble Beach badging adorns the front fender. The
chrome wheels feature graphite accents. The rear decklid spoiler is
another feature of this limited production model. Other features
are the power retractable hardtop, HID headlights, dual exhaust
with chrome tips, front fog lights, and 18' alloy wheels.
Suspension is a double wishbone independent suspension. Brakes are
power disc brakes all the way around. The center console Pimento
Red leather interior is in excellent condition. The 3-spoke
steering wheel is also leather. Interior features are cruise
control, heated power seats, dual zone climate control, navigation
system, tachometer, 180-mph speedometer, auxiliary gauges, and the
Mark Levinson sound system nine-speaker, seven-channel,
DSP-amplified audio system and a Lexus DVD Navigation system. The
floor mats feature the Pebble Beach badge.Under the hood is the
factory 4.3-liter V8 engine paired with the 6-speed automatic
transmission. The engine has a unique red and silver engine cover
that is one subtle design of this Lexus SC 430 special edition. The
horsepower rates at 288 and has 317 pounds of torque. Car starts
and runs very well and is smooth and quiet. This is a great
collector car, and it is exceedingly rare! It will only increase in
value as it is a limited production and, the Lexus cars have sound
technology combined with state-of-the-art design. You can view this
