Vehicle Description
Collectible Motorcar is proud to present this amazing 2001
Chevrolet Suburban 2500. This is not your typical beginning of the
century Suburban, under the hood of this beast sits an 8.1 liter
Vortec engine. The 8.1 liter big block is a rare engine, because it
was the last ever to be produced by General Motors. A sibling to
General Motors 454, the 8.1 liter was and is known as a very
reliable and strong motor, which is why they chose to use it in the
'01 2500. The odometer shows just over 184k miles, but these motors
are known to go for over twice that. An important upgrade that has
been completed to this Suburban is the new replacement of the
transmission. The consignor states that the transmission was
replaced less than 1000 miles ago, and by driving this car it is
easy to tell.
This car not only has the power to tow, it comes with the tow
package as well. This makes it super easy for the next owner to
hook up anything he or she may desire, from trailers to flatbeds
and anything in between. The clean Carfax shows that this car has
only had 4 owners in its 20+ year life, and by the looks of the
condition, it has been a very easy 20 years. This car comes with
tons of documentation and files, including but not limited to:
window sticker, maintenance records, and other files. The Suburban
has recently undergone routine servicing in April of this year, and
is truly a well kept and maintained example. Don't miss your chance
