1968 Dodge Polara Convertible finished in Red paint with White
Convertible top, has been repainted to the red you see today. Paint
is a little on the older side but still shows well. There is a trim
piece on the passenger side that is a bit loose and the trim by the
passenger front wheel has some wear. Powered by the 383 V8 under
the hood that is paired up with a 727 automatic transmission.
Equipped with power steering, aluminum radiator, new headers, power
brakes. One of the four headlight surrounds up front is missing,
see still pictures. White and black vinyl bucket seat interior with
center console and automatic on the floor. Riding on the Dodge
rally style wheels with Eldorado radial tires. Wipers are in
working order, radio powers up but the tuner dial did not work all
the time.This will also come with a polished set and a painted set
of fender skirts for the rear wheels. Recent service work done to
this include: new valve cover gaskets, intake manifold gasket,
valley pan gasket, spark plugs, transmission pan gasket, rear wheel
cylinders, and the front and rear brake hoses have been replaced.
Convertible top switch has been relocated to underneath the dash to
the left of the steering wheel. Power convertible top is white
vinyl with glass rear window, goes up and down as it should and
fits well. top comes with a matching white parade boot when not in
use. Great sounding Polara!
