restord in 2007 to factory build specifications. It was built at
the Van Nuys plant and sold new on March 8, 1970 in Southern
California with documented ownership, original owner's manual,
original dealer paper plate and Protect-O-Plate. This Camaro was
certified by Jerry MacNeish on April 13, 2013 and both certificate
and detailed report are provided to the new owner. Not only does
this rare SS Camaro have its matching numbers 396/325hp engine, it
also was optioned with factory air conditioning. One unique and
rare item found during restoration and seldom seen is a Fisher body
plant inspector sign-off sheet with assembly line detail. This rare
396 Super Sport is both factory documented and McNeish certified
and dialed in for its next owner to enjoy. Loaded with the
following options: L35 matching numbers 396/325hp engine, Z27 Super
Sport package, M40 Turbo 400 transmission, J52 front power disc
brakes, G80 12-bolt posi-traction rear end, C60 air conditioning,
USO rear seat spoiler, DSO rear spoiler, N40 power steering, Z23
special interior, ZK3 custom deluxe seats and shoulder harness.
