Mean, sleek, distinct, and absolutely cool, this 1956 Oldsmobile 88
Holiday Hardtop gives you a distinct custom classic. And as you
look beyond the style, you're also going to find the right
substance for a solid cruiser.
There was a nice investment in this black plant that gives this one
an instant presence. It's not too fancy to go cruising on a whim,
and when you do take it out, the smooth shine over the good body
panels really knows how to turn heads. The '56 Oldsmobiles had a
wide look of substance that works well with this custom attitude. A
great example is up front where the chrome bumper was traded for a
color-matched shiny black. It gives this a meaner appearance that
looks like this Olds is out to inhale other cars on the road. This
midnight package also makes the few remaining non-black pieces
really stand out. That means you can appreciate classic pieces,
like the rocket-inspired taillights and the distinct full-length
trim. And those polished Ridler 20-inch wheels on the lowered
suspension are another great way to announce a custom coupe.
The interior has a nice style that keeps the dark attitude going
while utilizing more than just black. In fact, the black is now
just an accent to the deep reds that give this style and substance.
You see it in details like the comfy velour seat inserts, plush
floor mats, and artful dash. There are some good cruiser upgrades
like an updated sports steering wheel, deeply tinted windows, and
provisions for R134a air conditioning (it will need servicing to
blow cold again.)
Under the hood is a 350 cubic-inch V8. It even has a nice Edelbrock
upgrade kit with polished valve covers, a matching air grabber, and
a four-barrel carburetor with an electric choke. It's a solid
powerhouse for a nice cruiser. And so this one also has good
driving features like a three-speed automatic transmission, power
steering, power brakes, front discs, and modern tires afforded by
the wheel upgrade.
This is the unique Holiday Hardtop Olds that has a mean style but a
nice cruising attitude. It's the kind of classic car fun that's
absolutely irresistible. Call today!!!
