The Mustang has a very storied past and the future remains bright
as well. The endless modifications that owners continue to come up
with and install to make their car unique, more powerful and stand
out from the crowd. Ford has also worked with many aftermarket
companies to develop their car even further for the motor head that
is begging for more.
In 2012 Ford introduced the BOSS 302 setup with the Laguna Seca
Edition that allowed their owners to enjoy a remarkable setup done
at the Ford Factory. The setup features; 302 Hi-Po V8 that has
444HP and 380 pounds of torque. The package continues with a
glorious exhaust setup from the factory along with rear seat delete
with a massive X-Brace to secure the rear end to the road and a
factory installed front strut brace as well. Said to improve
rigidity by up to 10 percent, the brace is joined by a larger rear
stabilizer bar, manually adjustable dampers with Laguna
Seca-specific valving, and higher spring rates to deliver reflexes
one notch sharper than those of a standard Boss. The upshot of all
this hardware is delightfully neutral handling and understeer as
scarce as bow ties in Dearborn.
This stunning BOSS 302 Laguna Seca Edition is in remarkable shape
and only logging 11,307 miles since new. Comes complete with the
factory MSRP ($50,465) with equipment group 501A package ( Sync
Package, BOSS interior package, Hockey stick side stripe, and
pedestal rear spoiler#2), BOSS package floor mats, BOSS car cover,
19in high polished wheels, Recaro sport seats, and much more.
Vehicle also comes with both factory keys, BOSS 302 owners kit with
poster, factory owners manuals and documented as car #702 of the
production run.
