This Cadillac was purchased new from Major Cadillac in Kansas City, Missouri in 1974. It is still owned by the original owner.
The current mileage is 10,876 original miles. That's correct just under 11,000 miles. All of the records and paperwork are with the vehicle to prove this.
The power plant is the GM 500 V8 paired with an automatic transmission. This is a front-wheel drive vehicle.
The car has been parked in a barn for around 20 years. The engine was oil-primed before starting and all of the fluids have been changed several times in order to remove the old fluids.
The only known issue is the top, rear glass, and a small hole in the rear exhaust tailpipe. The top will no longer raise or lower and will need new motors/cables installed and a replacement rear de-frost glass. The vinyl material is in good shape and does not have any tears or damage.
The car has no rust other than surface rust underneath. It has never been driven in snow and only twice in the rain. Always stored inside and for most of it’s life, in a climate controlled garage.
The additional chrome package on the car was installed by the Cadillac dealer when new.
