Vehicle Description
This 2010 Bentley Continental GT Supersports not only has the clean
look of a modern exotic coupe, but it's loaded with all the best
modern features, too. It's a beautiful blackout package that
delivers handcrafted luxury in a 200+ mph supercar. So it retains
all the best features of an executive-class 12-cylinder performance
and luxury coupe, and the only thing it has lost in the last few
years is the quarter-million dollar price tag.
We just called this a quarter-million dollar car, but we lied...
because it's MORE. The high-performance Supersports model upgrades
the GT and its price, so this one was approaching $300k to drive
home on day one. And as the ultra-speedy name suggests, the
Supersports earns its mean-as-midnight attitude. But Bentley does
dark intimidation differently. The color is called Beluga, and so
you instantly understand the upper-class shine that comes on the
black paint. This example has averaged only about 3,500 miles
annually. That's right for a car made to be driven, but more about
pleasure trips up the coast than the daily slog to work. This
Supersports has the full blackout look with the special front
bumper that has added chain mesh grilles and the 20-inch wheels
both going over to the dark side. There's also a special vented
hood and automatically deploying rear spoiler. Even the windows are
deeply tinted. While the appearance makes for a terrific sports
coupe, the reason it remains a true Bentley is that it all fits
together where the flowing lines fit like it's all forged from the
same precious metal.
The interior color is also called Beluga, and it's intertwined with
a bold and beautiful red leather for a distinct two-tone style. In
fact, we bet you'll leave all the windows down of this coupe just
so you can show off the timelessly attractive hardtop profile and
so that everyone can see the way this Bentley has an ember-like
glow from within. You have all the best features, like dual-zone
automatic A/C climate control, power windows, power locks, keyless
entry & ignition, power mirrors, power steering, dual front
airbags, side airbags, and a soft grip sports steering wheel on a
power adjusting column. The infotainment system includes satellite
navigation, satellite radio, Bluetooth, and a ten-speaker stereo.
All the carbon fiber trim is real and purposeful. The Supersports
lives up to its name by going on a stricter diet, and it saves
weight everywhere it can. The seats are a terrific example. The
rear seat is fully eliminated and replaced with a lightweight
carbon fiber bracer bar. And the front seats are race-worthy
contour carbon fiber high-back buckets outfitted with supple
leather with diamond quilt Alcantara. It makes the Super Sports
feel like it straddles the modern image of Bentley luxury and pays
tribute to those purebred racecars from the company's birth.
The heart of the Continental's success is the 6.0-liter
twin-turbocharged W12 motor. The Supersports is dialed in for the
most power of the series with 621hp. Bentley also shaved weight
wherever they could in everything from the special alloy wheels to
the drilled foot pedals. The ride height was lowered, and the
suspension can be stiffened well beyond the standard Continental
GT. They also program the six-speed automatic transmission to
provide better shifts. It made the coupe genuinely quicker, and
Bentley even claimed a top speed of 202 mph. It's a true
exotic-level machine, and that's why you also have full-time
all-wheel drive, grippy Pirelli tires, and four-wheel power disc
brakes with a big six-piston front with drilled rotors. There's
even a FabSpeed cat-back exhaust system for an enhanced but
dignified growl.
The sale comes complete with the owner's manual packet. This car
has an everlasting appeal where power, luxury, rarity, and nobility
are all assembled into one midnight-style coupe. Call now!
