The super 88 had a new look in 1957 and this one has the powerful and rare J-2 option that put 3 2bbl carbs on top of the 371cid golden rocket engine. The J-2 was the first real muscle car Oldsmobile built and uses technology from NASCAR delivering 300hp and a ton of torque. Power from the engine is sent to a 4 speed hydramatic transmission. Not many J-2 Super 88's were made in 1957 and this one has been expertly restored to be in like new condition. The "gold mist" paint glistens like real gold and the interior has a lot of style.
