Fresh extensive build on a laser straight 1968 Plymouth
Roadrunner
painted in PPG Jet Black. New
Legendary black bucket seat interior with factory console, 440
cubic inch big block, 6-Pack, 727 automatic transmission,
power
steering and new disc brakes. This black beast of a Mopar
muscle car has had an extensive seven year restoration with
performance in
mind. The
original 383 big block was upgraded to a freshly built 440 cubic
inch
engine topped off
with a new Holley six
pack
setup and the intake is plumbed and ready for
nitrous if you need more power. Nitrous never used
yet on this car. The engine build included a 30 over bore, steel
rods,
Purple cam, 6 pack rods,
topped off
with 906 heads,
electric ignition, a 2800 stall
converter and mated to an 8 3/4
sure grip rear end. The car is nicely optioned with power steering
and new disc brakes on the
front.
The car sounds amazing
with new MagnaFlow dual exhaust with correct tips and performance
manifolds. The metal work was
impeccable, stripped to bare metal from top to bottom, before a
professional paint job was performed and jeweled new bumpers and
lots
of chrome and new glass from AMD and new weather stripping. The
interior is equally as nice with new Legendary black bucket seat
interior and console was added when the 727
automatic was moved to the floor. New
Dakota
digital gauges
were added for accurate readings and reliability, very
nice Soft Touch Mopar steering wheel
with the beep beep Roadrunner horn. The car is
rolling on a brand new set of 20 inch rear and 18 inch front chrome
American Racing wheels and new performance radials to put the
rubber to the road.
