Vehicle Description
This 1971 Chevrolet C10 Restomod is a restored custom pickup with
fuel-injected V8 power, an overdrive transmission, a distinctive
theme, and a custom/comfy air-conditioned interior. And as you look
over the full package, there are vintage and upgraded details that
really make this one irresistible.
Bronze always has distinction because it's a color that's bold like
red but with a more sophisticated tone. The glow of the paint and
the straightness of the sheet metal make for quite an attractive
truck. But this is a true restomod, and that means it's built with
the best features for driving. So this one won't make you afraid to
hit the road. And no matter if it's at stoplights or car shows,
people are going to find plenty of unique pieces to talk about. You
have a billet-like grille, deleted badges, a smooth tailgate, and a
flush rear pan with integrated lights. And the bed is a unique
piece with color-matched liner paint and smoother top rails. Plus,
we love how it takes advantage of the long bed by inserting the
spare tire ahead of the wheel well. And this custom truck has an
absolutely sporty side. You see it up front with the custom hood
scoop, and the stance looks terrific on the 17-inch Boyd Coddington
wheels. Even the exhaust tips are a custom piece with dual bow ties
on each side.
The interior continues the sporty and custom attitude of this C10.
It starts with the awesome bench seat. It has a sporty style with
the perforated seating, and the black piping sets up a two-tone
style that's continued on the dash and doors. Everything right down
to the fresh black carpeting and clear gauge cluster has a
well-done look. Even the dome light is working. And you even have
the right cruiser upgrades like a Pioneer AM/FM/CD stereo, a sports
steering wheel, and cold-blowing air conditioning.
The engine bay has well-done Chevy small block power. The heart is
a hardy 305 cubic-inch V8, and it has been significantly upgraded
with fuel injection and an Edelbrock EPS intake. Headers add even
more power as they feed into an X-pipe dual exhaust and Flowmaster
mufflers. So you get the easy anytime driving nature of fuel
injection and a proper V8 rumble from the rear...sounds like an
ideal cruiser, right? That's why you also have solid driving
features like power steering, power brakes, front discs, the grip
of modern tires, and a four-speed automatic transmission with
highway-ready overdrive.
