This numbers-matching Cortez Silver 1969 Chevrolet Chevelle SS 396 L34 sets the standard for a no-expenses-spared rotisserie restoration! With razor-straight body Lines containing no filler, it is clear a no-nonsense restoration was performed. Not only are the quarter panels, fenders, and doors all “new old stock", but also the Chrome and trim as well. All body lines are tight, clean, and better than they would have been as delivered from the factory. The beautiful Cortez Silver paint work was completed in 2006, and presents as if it were done yesterday. The interior is new and all the factory gages have been replaced or remanufactured to better than new condition.
The original Big Block 396 motor has been completely gone-through with no-expenses spared, and the the original rims, Turbo 400 transmission, and 12-bolt rear end are all numbers matching as well. It runs perfectly with brand new exhausts, while still maintaining the original exhaust manifolds and intake. A fresh limited-slip posi has been installed as well. This car has been road-tested and is ready to drive anywhere, anytime!
