One of Chevrolet's longest running model series, outside of the
Corvette, is the performance-inspired Camaro. From its debut in
1967 to compete with the ever-popular Ford Mustang, the Chevrolet
Camaro was an instant success among car buyers! Camaros showed off
shapely lines and a curvy body combining for a mixed look of muscle
meets sports car. This recipe stayed true for Camaro through its
unbroken run of 35 years until Chevrolet decided to end its
production in 2002 with the 4th generation design. To commemorate
the occasion, a special 35th Anniversary Editions was created, all
painted Bright Rallye Red with Silver Heritage Stripes that turn to
checkered flags as they run on the hood and trunk. To ensure
collectability, only 3,000 were produced making the 35th
Anniversary models very desirable! Of those, only 1,398 were
manufactured as convertibles.
We are very excited to have the opportunity to present this 2002
Chevrolet Camaro SS Convertible 35th Anniversary Edition! It comes
to our showroom with just 11,809 pampered miles from new, and fully
loaded with factory options! Under the hood lies the powerful 5.7L
aluminum V8 producing a stout 325 horsepower and 350 lb. ft. of
torque! Standard equipment includes power 4-wheel disc brakes with
ABS, power rack & pinion steering, stainless steel exhaust, SS
black machine faced wheels, engine monitoring system, Pass-Key II
theft deterrent system, tilt steering wheel, tinted glass, power
folding top, body colored sport mirrors, SS and 35th Anniversary
emblems, Monsoon audio and 12-disc CD player, interior floor mats,
and more!

When seeking cars that may fall into the future classics category,
which will hopefully appreciate in value as time passes by, can be
a rather difficult task to judge for more modern cars. This should
not be the case for this 2002 Camaro 35th Anniversary Edition
Convertible! It possesses the right formula for future appreciation
and remains in near showroom condition! This example represents one
of just 789 drop tops produced with an automatic transmission.
Having only been titled once, it was purchased new from Miller
Chevrolet in Ellicott City, MD in March 2002 and kept by the same
owner until it landed in a private West Virginia dealership
collection in 2014 with just 9,235 miles. It has been wonderfully
cared for by the past owners and quite obviously garage-kept since
new for use only on fair-weather outings.
Today, its odometer reads only 11,994 miles. Included with the sale
will be the original window sticker, dealer retail purchase order,
owner's manuals, past service records, SLP Performance parts
catalog, and clean Carfax report verifying 1 registered owner in
Maryland. New Goodyear Eagle F1 tires were installed in 2014. Only
a handful of these examples come to the market each year, and the
values are already proving an upward climb! This particular
Collector's Edition Convertible remains in terrific overall shape!

forward to your business!
