The second generation MX-5 (NB2) was introduced for the model year 1998. This Gen2 Miata boasted new styling, a more refined interior and increased performance. An update for the 2001 model added even more horsepower to the 1.8L engine by incorporating VVT (variable-valve timing) technology. This all-original, immaculate 2001 Mazda LS is a classic MX-5. The original rare Crystal Blue finish is virtually flawless and is accented by fog lights, a modest rear spoiler and distinctive factory alloy wheels that mount Ironman performance radials. The tasteful Saddle Tan leather interior is in excellent condition as is the matching manually operated soft-top.
