Vehicle Description
This 1982 Chevrolet C10 Stepside has upgraded V8 power, an
overdrive transmission, and a custom/comfy air-conditioned
interior. And it's all wrapped in one of the coolest
custom/coordinated packages that comes off both thoughtful and
aggressive. If that sounds like one of the most intriguing combos
around, just wait until you see all the details...
The black paint on this truck certainly gives this an instant
upgrade in attitude. It also has a glossy finish and shine that
does a great job of showing off the rounded rear fenders of the
always-desirable stepside bed. The tonneau cover and deleted badges
add to the darker and sleeker attitude this one wants to put
forward. Plus, the tinted windows and grille are a nice added touch
to this midnight feeling. This darkness makes for an intimidating
attitude that's furthered by the performance-minded upgrades like
the dual exhaust tips and steel cowl hood. And while it's
intimidating, you also have the right bright details for a great
classic. This includes the mirror-like chrome bumper, crystal clear
headlights, and integrated tail lights in the rear chrome bumper.
The full package comes together on the wheels. The 18-inch wheels
let you fit more aggressive tires, and the bright and iconic Cragar
design makes for a quality classic style.
Inside, this truck's bench was upgraded to modern bucket seats with
outstanding bolstering and a center console. They are finished in
black vinyl with a teal insert, and the door panels, headliner,
carpeting, and the custom dash pad are all done to match for a
thoughtful two-tone look. There are worthwhile upgrades that make
this everyday usable like a Pioneer AM/FM/CD stereo with USB input,
a cup holder center console, power windows, an alarm, and
cold-blowing air conditioning. It's also a well-done driver's
package with a Grant sports steering wheel, a tilt column, and a
crisply detailed full custom gauge package with speedo and
tach.
When you lift the hood, the full color package comes together. The
dark inner walls and polished components remind you of the
exterior. Plus, the whole engine block and plug wires are painted
in a similar teal that accents the interior. At the heart of it all
is a 350 cubic-inch V8. It was upgraded to Edelbrock four-barrel
carburetor, an Edelbrock EPS intake, and an MSD 6A ignition. It's a
strong motor that makes for a solid all-around driver. This
includes power steering, power brakes, front discs, grippy modern
tires, and a 700R4 four-speed automatic transmission with
overdrive.
Complete with build receipts, this is the custom pickup that has
been finished with all the right features you really want in a
driver's classic. Don't let it slip away, call today!
