excellent original condition having been in the caring hands of the
original owner from new until our recent acquisition. It is
finished in its original factory paint, L041 Swarz Black paint over
linen interior. Factory Options include: Elevated hub steering
wheel, Blaupunkt Reno Stereo with cassette, Central locking system,
Anti-roll bars front and rear, Side protection mouldings, Automatic
speed control, electric removable sunroof, and leather front seats
with leatherette rear and side panels. It is powered by its bullet
proof 2.5 liter inline 6 cylinder engine, 5 speed manual
transmission and rear wheel drive.
Today at just 53372 original miles combined with incredible care
and regimented maintenance schedule, this 1987 944 remains in all
original condition, it drives incredible and shows excellent. The
car comes complete with original books, original build sheet(in
German).
The 944, introduced in 1982, filled a void to provide a balanced,
performance coupe in a price range geared for the many instead of
the few. Doing so, Porsche developed its most balanced car to date
