1971 Buick Gran Sport 455 with a Turbo-Hydramatic 400 transmission. This is a numbers matching engine and transmission. Engine bay and underside were fully restored. There are 44,000 actual documented miles on the car. Originally a Georgia car.
The interior is all original. The front bench seat will need some repair. Options on the car include power steering, power brakes (disc on front & drum on rear), power locks, tilt wheel, AC (blows cold), sport steering wheel.
The car runs and drives great. In 2005 the motor was rebuilt including water pump, timing chain, oil pump kit, bearings, gaskets. rings and starter, New street cam and lifters from POSTON Buick Parts. Replaced low compression pistons with 10.0:1 set from POSTON Buick Parts. New rocker arm assemblies also from POSTON Buick Parts.
The exterior is in amazing condition. One repaint using base coat clearcoat. The original factory color was Burnished Cinnamon code 67. The current color is really close to Bittersweet Mist code 62. New Front grille. Flowmaster exhaust sounds amazing. There are 15 inch Buick Rally wheels mounted on 225/70R15 BF Goodrich tires. Original bumpers that are in great shape.
