1968 CHEVROLET CAMARO CONVERTIBLE-POWER TOP, PS, PB, PERFORMANCE UPGRADES, WEST COAST CAR! This Camaro is drop dead gorgeous in its Matador Red with white accent racing stripes running down the cowl hood and rear trunk lid. It has been color sanded and polished to a glossy finish. The body is straight down both sides and has excellent fit and finish. Up front: the grill, front bumper and emblems all look new. All the stainless trim is polished. The door handles, mirrors and marker lights have been replaced. The rear bumper, tail light bezels and lenses are also new. The white convertible top is in good condition. It rides on a set of 15X7 factory Rally wheels with new trim rings and flat center caps wrapped with a set of Uniroyal Tiger Paw raised white letter radial tires. The red Deluxe interior has been re-done. The seats have been re-upholstered and new foam added to both the front and back seats. It has newer door panels and carpet. The center console is in good shape. The dash pad is in good shape, no cracks. All the knobs and dash vents are like new. It has a factory steering wheel. It has an aftermarket AM/FM cassette radio. The heater controls slide with ease. There are front and rear seatbelts. The #'s matching motor has been completely rebuilt. It has a few performance bolt on upgrades; Edelbrock aluminum intake manifold and carburetor, HEI ignition, chrome alternator, fuel pump, water pump and pulleys, chrome plated brake booster and master cylinder, power steering and chrome valve covers. It is finished in a black gloss finish. The undercarriage is all clean metal, no signs of rust or patches. The front suspension and steering components look good. It has newer front control arm bushings and the bottom of the motor is clean. The original transmission has been rebuilt. There is a newer dual exhaust system that dumps out behind the rear wheels. In the rear is a 10-bolt posi rear end with 3:31 gears. It also has a new gas tank and straps. The trunk is all clean metal, no signs of patches. There is new weather stripping.
