This 1970 Ford Mustang Mach 1 all dressed in green and black is one
of the meanest-looking street machines of all times. And because
the fastback style and Mach 1 details are so sporty, it seems right
that you get full control over the V8 with four-on-the-floor.
The '70 Mach 1 was arguably the most attractive Mustang of all
time, and this one has all the right sporty details. The hood
locks, wide dual exhaust tips, and the Mag 500 wheels with a
meatier rear set give it the look of a performance pony. But most
of the aggressive details are done in black. This includes the hood
scoop, chin spoiler, louvered rear window, blackout rear panel, and
big spoiler rear at the rear. The body is nicely dressed in Black
Jade paint. It's a year-correct color with dark tones that are a
great pair with the bold black Mach 1 stripe package. It's an older
application that has the right look of age and use to deliver a
user-ready feel. And as you keep digging into all the details,
you'll really see this was built for really enjoying on the
road.
We love it when the exterior accent color is a preview of the
inside color. The seats, carpet, headliner, and dash have a clean
look of good care. And this one retains a cool/classic appearance
right down to details, including the wood-like trim on the doors
and dash. The Rim Blow steering wheel still has a working horn, and
it now even has a nice wrap. And there's just an added cool factory
when the AM radio is still cranking tunes. And this is a driver's
sports car with high-back front bucket seats, an armrest center
console, and a Hurst shifter.
Under this hood is Ford's mighty 351 cubic-inch V8. It has a clean
and right stock look with the bold blue block with matching valve
covers and air grabber with callout. This V8 fires up readily as it
inhales deeply from the four-barrel carburetor. And you'll love the
smooth idle and nice tune of the H-pipe dual exhaust. And you're in
full control over the power with the four-speed manual
transmission. Plus, power steering and wide BF Goodrich T/As come
together to give you a solid feeling on the road.
The sale comes complete with the window sticker, and buildsheet
copy. This is a fun driver with a terrific vintage attitude. Don't
miss this Mach 1. Call now!
