This 1965 Ford Mustang is an A-code fastback that was built at the
San Jose assembly plant. Refinished in Caspian Blue over
replacement blue vinyl upholstery, the car is powered by a fully
rebuilt 289ci V8 paired with a retrofitted five-speed manual
transmission and a Ford 9? rear-end. The car was factory finished
in Caspian Blue and was repainted in March 2022 after a replacement
fiberglass Shelby-style hood was installed. Equipment includes an
aftermarket grille, a louvered B-pillar, a driver-side mirror,
functional side-scoops for brake cooling, and dual exhaust.
American Racing Torq Thrust D 15? wheels with spinners are wrapped
in 215/60 BFGoodrich Radial T/A tires. Stopping power is provided
by front disc and rear drum brakes. The suspension is equipped with
GT shocks and a quick-ratio steering box. The 289ci V8 was
reportedly overhauled and is fitted with a Holley four-barrel
carburetor, an Edelbrock intake manifold, electronic ignition, and
dual exhaust system. Call our sales team today for more information
