Motorcar Studio is pleased to offer this 1985 Jeep CJ7. This CJ7
was a long-term, rust-free California truck that saw a partial
restoration prior to our client's purchase in 201; it has since
been maintained and upgraded with an open checkbook with recent
receipts totaling nearly $20,000.
This Jeep was repainted under current ownership in code VG "Mango
Tango" to a nice standard. It is fitted with a black denim Supertop
soft top with both full doors and half doors. Powder-coated Rampage
recovery bumpers are installed front and rear along with
Smittybuilt rock sliders. LED headlights and taillights were also
installed. Additional recent upgrades include a Skyjacker Softride
2.5-inch lift, 15x9-inch XD black alloys wheels with Mickey
Thompson 33-inch tires (including matching spare).
Interior floors have been fully rhino lined and have drain holes
for all-weather usability. Corbeau seats are fitted inside along
with a locking Tuffy console and new 3-point seat belts.
Power comes from AMC's venerable 4.2 liter inline six mated to a
five-speed manual. Recent service work has included new gears, dash
refurbishment, engine and transmission mounts, new clutch linkage,
exhaust, heater core, door refurbishment (handles, locks cards,
rubbers, etc). This is a clean, well sorted and great looking CJ-7
that is ready to be enjoyed.
