The 812 Superfast followed the F12 Berlinetta which was Ferrari's first major leap into the technological era with their front-mid engine, rear wheel drive grand tourer. It is currently the flagship model in their range offering the F140 naturally aspirated V12 which has its roots derived to its first iteration in the Ferrari Enzo.

Sold new by Ferrari & Maserati of Newport Beach in California, the 812 is exceptional throughout. In transparency, this 812 has a noted repair on Carfax. During its previous ownership in California, the driver's door was painted due to damage from a scooter trying to pass in between lanes while in traffic. The repair was performed by Ferrari of Newport Beach.

Prior to purchase by its most recent collector owner, the 812 was inspected by Ferrari Silicon Valley, a two year ferrari warranty paid for granted. If there were any issues with the vehicle, a warranty wouldn't have been granted. While with at Silicon Valley they fitted 4 new tires and replaced the cup holder that was scratched.

More recently, World Wide of Cars Ferrari completed a full 4 year service carried out under the factory service program. The 812 had its paint corrected, it was then 100% PPF'ed and ceramic coated. At this time, as per the previous owner, "I also bought (aftermarket) carbon sills covers, the originals looked odd with all the other exterior carbon. They also make it go a lot faster which is essential...lol"
