Here we have a 1970 Ford Galaxie 500 for sale. This is a beautiful
car that features just over 42K original miles on it. It's been
kept close to original with exception of the upgraded wheels and
tires. This is one of the best kept Ford's we've had the pleasure
of owning and will be a great addition to any car enthusiast's
collection. In the paragraphs to follow we will give a brief
description of the exterior, interior, and driveline of this Ford
but first we would like to tell you a little about us.

We will start off with the exterior of this Galaxie. The body on it
is all rock solid and the panels all have an excellent fit. All the
gaps are even and symmetrical and the body lines come together
flawlessly. It's showcased by the factory color scheme that's done
in the Medium Ivy Green Metallic with the painted Black roof. As we
can see the paint has a beautiful finish that is slick as a ribbon.
It's accented by the side body molding that all has a brilliant
shine and fit along with the rest of the trim around the top,
windows, and wheel openings. Up front we can see that the grill and
trim is all equally impressive and that the front bumper is just as
beautiful. Out back the same came be said for the trim and bumper
along with the lenses. Every piece of glass in this Ford is
stunning with all the seals and weather stripping being great as
well. TO finish off the stance it's sitting on a set of American
Racing Wheels with New tires.
Next, we will look at the interior of this '70. On the inside its
just as impressive as the exterior. It's done in black and looks to
be all original and is in stunning condition for its age. As we can
see the door panels are all beautiful along with the handles and
the wood grain accents. This Galaxie has the front and rear bench
seats along with the factory cloth and vinyl covers that are in
excellent condition along with all the padding and springs. The
carpet and headliner both have an excellent fit and have clearly
been very well cared for over the years. Looking at the dash we can
see it has the wood grain accent as well. The dash pad is in
phenomenal condition and all the gauges are equally nice and
working as they should. The finishing touch on the interior is the
factory steering wheel. Inside the trunk we can see it's all solid
from the jams to the pan, and that it has the factory spare and
jack.
Finally, we will get to the driveline of this Ford. Under the hood
it's powered by the original 351 with the 2 Barrel Carb. It's
dressed out in the factory valve covers and air cleaner. As we can
see the inner fenders, firewall, and radiator support are all solid
and in great condition. This Galaxie comes set up with Power
Steering. For exhaust it has manifolds with the single exhaust and
muffler out the back that has been replaced. The 351 V8 is mated to
the factory FMX Automatic Trans that goes out back to the 8 �" Rear
End with 3.07 Gears. For brakes it has drums on all four corners
with all the brake lines being in great condition. When you look
under it, we can see that the floor pans are original and are all
rock solid with no signs of abuse along with the frame. On the
highway it runs and drives excellent with all the gauges working.
It's a pleasure to drive and is one of the best kept Fords we've
ever found. It will make a great addition to your collection.
