What else makes this vehicle special is the tasteful modifications that have been performed. The headlights have been upgraded to allow better visibility while you are cruising down the highway and yes you can cruise at highway speeds. A Gear Vendor Overdrive has been installed allowing for easy interstate driving. The air conditioner is new and works great so on those hot days you can stay comfortable. Engine: The engine has been completely rebuilt with tasteful modifications. Short block modifications include H-Beam rods with forged pistons. ARP bolts. The turning assembly was balanced as part of the rebuild. The camshaft is a custom Comp Cams hyd roller with hyd roller lifters. The Cam profile provides a noticeable lopey idle while maintaining engine vacuum. The valve train was also replaced with new pushrods, spring, stainless valves and topped off with roller tipped rocker. Electronic ignition was also installed. Overall, the engine is very streetable while getting the job done and it has the appearance of a stock motor WINK WINK. Transmission: The turbo 400 was rebuilt at the time of rebuilding the engine.
