Ford 5-window coupe was restored over a 6-year period using the
original steel body. It is powered by a custom 350ci V8 engine
backed by a custom 700R4 automatic transmission with a Lokar
shifter and 1,642 miles since completion. Equipped with Holley
Sniper electronic fuel injection with a self-tuning HyperSpark kit,
silver powder-coated Edelbrock intake, aluminum radiator with two
12-inch BeCool fans, front disc brakes with stainless steel brake
lines, custom fabricated 20-gallon stainless steel gas tank with
stainless steel fuel lines as well as ceramic coated headers with a
custom-built stainless steel exhaust. It sits on a custom-built
chassis from the original 1937 frame that has been boxed front to
rear. The Satin Silver custom suspension features a custom
fabricated Mustang II cross member, custom fabricated upper and
lower control arms, Heidts 2-inch drop spindles, shockwave air
suspension with 4-way adaptive control and an 8-inch Ford rear end
with 3.50 Richmond gears. The exterior features custom fiberglass
rear fenders with smoothed running boards, welded body seams,
rounded door corners with the door hinges moved to the inside as
well as the drip rails removed. The one-off custom leather interior
features a custom fabricated dash with Dakota Digital gauges,
Billet Specialties leather-wrapped steering wheel, Lokar pedals, a
custom fabricated console, Vintage Air system as well as power
windows by Specialty Power. Additionally, it has a custom power
trunk with custom panels and the entire body has been insulated by
Lizard Skin deadener. It rolls on custom Billet Specialty wheels
