This 1948 Ford Coupe is one rare bird. It's still bearing its
original paint, trim and glass thanks to its history. Sometime in
the 60's, it was put in a museum and stayed there until the late
2000's, when it was purchased by So Cal Speed Shop, who then sold
it to Bret Voelkel, the owner of RideTech. He loved the car, but
not the original drivability, so he upgraded it with an LS1 engine,
4L60E overdrive transmission, Heidts independent front suspension,
a custom 4-link in the rear, RideTech coilovers, and the list goes
on. This thing runs and drives like a top and can do anywhere you
want to go.
